 1. What steps are you taking to keep my information safe?

The TrustedSite security certification displayed on the bottom right corner of our website lets visitors know that the site is secure, with no malware, phishing, or malicious links. This site passes a weekly scan that allows us to maintain our site’s certification and display this trustmark.

This site also contains an SSL certificate to increase online security. It does this by encrypting the website's content and then publishing the content securely for customers. Secure connections prevent network attacks and ensure the safety of customer information. Keep in mind that we do not retain credit card information after payment has been received. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

 

2. What if I want more than one document printed?

If you would like more than one document printed, click "Select Your File(s)" again immediately after the first file has been uploaded. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product (1-2 pages, 3-5 pages, 6-10 pages or 11-20 pages) for the total number of pages you would like to be printed.

 

3.What if I am unable to upload my document?

If the upload feature is not working for you, please Contact Us and we will try our best to help!

 

4. How long will it take for my documents to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. 

We will ship your label(s) by standard lettermail. Our shipping carrier is Canada Post. Standard delivery times are typically between 2 and 4 business days. Canada Post's delivery standards can be found here.

Exceptions include any potential and temporary delays due to COVID-19, a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.
